Curling world volunteer honoured

curl bc22Cathy Pidduck was awarded the Volunteer of the Year Award at an awards ceremony held in Burnaby by CurlBC.

As well as running a ladies bonspiel and helping with the junior program Cathy has co-ordinated the elementary school curling program. All grade six and seven students in Oliver, including home-schooled students have taken part in this introduction to curling program.
