Grape growers get grant for education and translating

President Manfred Freese (left of MLA Larson) and member Charlie Baessler of Corcelettes Winery in Keremeos were presented with $10,000 to further education and translation services for BC grape growers.

“The Directors of the BCGA were very pleased to receive the cheque for $10,000 from the Ministry of Community, Sport and Cultural Development to help all grape growers get the skills they need in whatever language necessary. Plans are now underway to develop programs that will do just that!”
