Local Fire Department called Sunday to the BC Ambulance shed in Oliver when an alarm went off in a storage cupboard.

After some investigation – it was determined that wiring on a heater unit had “fried” but no flames got to the actual building structure.

A full complement of fire fighters attended but cleared the scene within a brief time.
