NEWEST BATCH from Firehall Brewery – Release #2 from the “Brewmaster’s Series”
On Friday, May 1st, at 6:35pm, we kicked off the weekend with the tapping of our newest spring seasonal. We’ve called it Noah Sky Ruhland, the middle name referencing the skylight view within the outdoor yurt where the seasonal was released. Again, as always, this special Brewmaster recipe involved the méthode traditionnelle of priming an infusion mash inside a live human body (Québec import), inoculating the concoction with a wild strain cultured in the South Okanagan. A slow, warm maturation process began, and the batch uterus-conditioned for 38 weeks over winter in a quaint log cabin near Oliver. Because of the unpredictable nature of wild yeasts, a unique profile is produced every time, and this batch was no exception.
OG: 6 lbs 10 oz

TASTING PROFILE: a balanced blend of complimentary elements – this inspirational refreshment is potent but light, inebriating but family-friendly, preoccupying but pleasant. After enjoying a lengthy session, you’ll find yourself both scatter-brained and thought-provoked. The relaxing character has a calming effect, and can even put you to sleep before you’ve finished the serving. With high spirits, it is intoxicatingly cute, and like its predecessor in the Brewmaster’s Series… truly one of a kind.
