Letter to the editor

This was sent to me from my brother, Darrell, retired paramedic and Unit Chief of Port Coquitlam from the BC Ambulance Services.

We want to thank the amazing paramedics (named in this article) ER Doctor Venter, and ER staff for saving Ken’s life.

Also Dr. Rooke, Dr. Evans and nursing staff at SOGH for their excellent care when Ken returned to our home town hospital.

We are so fortunate to have such professional medical personnel in Oliver.
