Joshua James Roberts (shown above right) , a 38-year-old man from Summerland pled guilty to sexual exploitation this morning due to a relationship he had with a minor while working with that person in a business.

4 other charges will be dropped at his sentencing hearing. A date for that will be set May 27th.

A pre-sentence report has been ordered, in addition to a psychiatric assessment.

Court was told the criminal charge information had been altered to reflect a relationship between September 15 2012 and August 15 2013.

Roberts was arrested by RCMP last October.
