Volunteer of the Year

Ray Minshull was not at the curling wind up on Saturday, but his name was bandied about – as one of the three honored volunteers from the past year. He is seen here receiving the award from Past President Dale Dodge. Ray spent many hours working with, organizing, and coaching the Juniors over the past year, even though he could not curl himself.

The other two honored were Cathy Pidduck, also for work with school kids and Juniors, and Polly McKay for her help with organizing virtually every function held at the curling centre over the past year.
