Shortly after 8 Saturday morning – police, fire and ambulance dispatched to scene of a two vehicle accident near the Service Station at Hwy 97 (Tucelnuit Drive turnoff – 8100 block)

A small blue car with driver and passenger was in collision with a van. Details not known. Police on the scene with ambulance standing by. Oliver Fire Department crews called back after determining that the need for their services not there.

Yesterday all three services called to an accident at about 1:30 in the afternoon near the 7-11. A pickup truck struck in the rear. No serious injuries and traffic not delayed.
