Land north of Tuc-el-Nuit Lake owned by Cliff and Joyce Antypowich (730 and 974 Bulrush Road and 7234 Tucelnuit Drive) pictured above. The owners had made an application to the RDOS to have the matter referred to the Agriculture Land Commission.

RDOS planner Chris Garrish recommended that the application not be endorsed. If all permissions given – 11.3 ha would be excluded from the ALR so that a subdivision could take place creating 29 low density residential lots and 30 rural residential parcels.

Rural Directors at the RDOS regular meeting this afternoon voted against the recommendation and sent it off to the Commission for review.

The Town of Oliver was asked its position on this matter and forwarded the application with no comment or endorsation.
