An Evening With Parkinson’s

The Parkinson’s support group of Osoyoos and Oliver would like to invite you to an evening of understanding what Parkinson’s is.  We desire to help our friends appreciate how the experience of Parkinson’s disease impacts us and ways we can learn to live with it.
The focal point of the evening will be the showing of the video, “Undefeated”, a film recently prepared by the Parkinson’s society of BC.  This is a positive film that documents the struggles and victories of a number of people who share their story.
The film will be followed by an opportunity for conversations around the tables, with a person with Parkinson’s or a caregiver at each table if possible.  Refreshments will be available.
