The Business to Business event held last year (organized by the SO Chamber of Commerce) provided an invaluable source of contacts for Plenary Justice. The event was very successful and provided a forum for further contact with the local business community.
Just one example of many: Honeywell filled the permanent positon of Team Leader on the project from a contact that was made at that first event last year. Since then, the SOCC kept this list updated and our partners PCL and Honeywell regularly consult this list as they look to fill their various positions and contracts.
We are pleased to see a significant amount of OIB and other local involvement in the OCC Project, I think in this respect PCL have exceeded expectations.

Manpower Update There were upwards of 75 workers per day on-site in the month of January. This number will increase in the coming months.There are approximately 35 people off-site working on prefabrication activities related to precast walls, precast cells, door frame production, mechanical modules, and rebar.
