Appearing via video in a Penticton court room today Ron Teneycke spoke to the Justice of the Peace.
“I don’t understand all these charges of breach – I was under constant surveillance of the RCMP”
Ronald Arthur Teneycke of OK Falls looked drawn, not well, with long hair on side of his head and increasing baldness on the top.
His lawyer James Pennington told the crown he wants to present an offer to take care of all matters before the court. Outside the court Pennington would not elaborate. The court adjourned the matter until Wednesday February 25th.

January 26th – Teneycke, 52, was denied bail following a two-hour hearing in Penticton provincial court on charges of possessing an explosive substance and possession of an explosive substance while prohibited by a previous court order.
