Celebrate a lifetime love of learning today by taking some time to read with your family. Cherry Lane Shopping Centre will be holding an event from 10 AM – 3 PM for kids to develop their love of reading, and will be handing out a free book to each child.
Family Literacy Day is a national awareness initiative created by ABC Life Literacy Canada in 1999 and held annually on January 27 to raise awareness of the importance of reading and engaging in other literacy-related activities as a family.
