One of my customers Bob Golosky called me this morning and said “get over here”.
When I arrived at his home east of the bridge – two of his vehicles had had tires punctured.
No that’s not the story.
Crooks and thieves had done the tires to prevent a pursuit – they had broken into a 1 ton with trailer and Case Bobcat – and departed in the darkness.
Bob and Heather very upset – with so much else going on in their lives.
Police it seems plagued by calls all this week of auto/truck/vehicle break-ins all in the same area of town. See RCMP story elsewhere.
Golosky says he hopes insurance covers it all but he is out at least $80 thousand and he is trying to run a business with that equipment.
The picture above shows the total rig stolen – large picture of is 2012 Case that is worth the money.
Bobcat in small picture an earlier model.

On January 19, 2015 an Oliver resident residing in the 6400 Block of Wolf Cub Place reported that between the hours of 02:00 and 07:00 Hours some unknown persons stole a 1996 Red Dodge 1 ton, a flat deck trailer and Case Bobcat from a parking spot beside his residence.
