Pier Louis born 1953 of Naramata (brother of Grace) charged with two criminal counts CCC 182 b and CCC 240 Interference with dead body and being an accessory after fact to murder

All above charges in connection with the death and discovery of a body near the Chute Lake road – north of Penticton on Saturday January 3rd.

No bail hearing was held today.

Ms. Robotti remanded to Alouette Jail in the Fraser Valley and Mr. Robotti sent to Kamloops – both will appear later this month in court via video.
