Wednesday night in Oliver:

The Hornets played against George Elliot tonight, in a game that afforded the team the ability to play everyone. The hornets out scored Eliot 70-55. The team was led by the solid play of Gurshan Dhaliwal with 24 and Austin Basso with 21 points. All in all some good things happened as the team played a spirited second half out scoring Elliot by 18 points. The hornets head to a very tough tournament at Pitt Meadows secondary. The hornets open play against the host team at 6:30. The team will need to bring their best if they wish to be successful, this tournament will be a great test. Go hornets good luck you have the ability you just need to put it into action.
