About 70 people, members of the Osoyoos and Penticton Indian bands came together in a south Penticton mall parking lot this afternoon.
The group walked to the water….the north end of Skaha Lake.
Everyone in the Penticton/South Okanagan area asked to help find Roxanne Louie, daughter of Roger Hall of Oliver. She is 26, 5 foot 5inches, 117 pounds with long brown hair and brown eyes.
