“Gecko’s Grill” at Nk’Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course

We have selected a new Food & Beverage Operator for our restaurant.

Bill & Dawn Reid, a local couple from Oliver, who have extensive experience in the restaurant and catering business for the past 30 years, are excited about the opportunity to provide for our Members & guests in the Restaurant. Bill, a Red Sealed chef will take care of the ‘culinary’ department while Dawn will take care of the front of the restaurant. They owned and operated the Firehall Bistro for a number of years and are looking forward to a fresh new approach for us. We are all looking forward to having them join us here at Nk’Mip. They will be ready to go for our Opening Day!

Bill & Dawn say: We will be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch , and dinner from 7am on!
