Osoyoos Mayor Sue McKortoff joined her fellow Soroptimist Delia Miller in drawing the winning ticket of the Annual Rocking Horse Raffle.
Winner is: Glen Heather of Osoyoos.
Glen and his wife Nancy rushed down to Rudy’s Flooring on Main Street, to claim their prize. They opted for the$200 cash instead of the hand-made Rocking Horse, then made a generous donation to Osoyoos Soroptimists. Glen purchased his winning ticket at Home Hardware.
Sue McKortoff thanked Glen and Nancy for their donation. Proceeds from the Rocking Horse are directed to the Oliver-Osoyoos Safe House.
