Oliver Lions/Lionesses support Junior League curling.

Linda Schaffrick came down to the Eastlink Curlng Centre on Tuesday afternoon to enjoy the chaos and to present the Junior League with a cheque for $300.

The Oliver Lions/Lionesses have helped young curlers in Oliver for many years, originally with Jam Can curling events, and for the past few years, with donations.  We are very lucky to have them in our town.  Thanks Linda, and all the pride.  Also in the photo are Ray Minshull, left, who runs the Junior League, and Aubrey Millard, right, one of the coaches.

And of course, a few of the 30 kids learning the game.
