Everyone is welcome – no previous experience is necessary. Workshop is open to beginners, intermediates and professionals, ages 14 and up. The workshop will focus on – building the armature, familiarizing yourself with the self-hardening clay and using sculpture tools by sculpting individual facial features – an eye, nose, mouth and ear and then right into the final head. Students will take their finished work home to dry and enjoy forever! All materials and tools supplied.

Designed to target your torso working all aspects of the abs and back, sculpting your abs into shape and strengthening your core using stability balls – this is a Pilates and yoga based workout, which is the key to your overall success. If you are new to abdominal training, some of the exercises will be challenging, so make sure you pace yourself and modifications will be given as needed.

Hot Yoga is a series of 26-40 postures, set to music, in a room infrared heated to approximately a safe 90-95 degrees with 40% humidity. This class systematically works the entire body, toning you muscles, promoting weight loss, reducing stress and increasing your overall vitality. Incorporating core, strength, balance and flexibility. Hot Yoga teaches students how each pose stimulates the mind and restores and shapes the body. All levels welcomes: variations of poses are stressed to provide a safe and empowering practice, feeling successful and relaxed when you leave.

The Barre workout fuses the best of ballet, strength, Yoga and Pilates. This new Barre class will lift your buns,tone your abdominals – challenging your whole body! Challenging and sculpting the body without the risk of injuries by allowing you to work within your own range of motion. By using the barre/wall and challenging the body with center floor core moves.
The Barre sculpts like no other program while only utilizing a small playground ball and light hand weights.

2015 – 5th Annual Lose it for Life Weight Loss Challenge
$125.00 per person.
Back by popular demand, this is the new 2015 version of the hugely successful Oliver Biggest Loser program. The ” Lose it for Life” Fitness Challenge is a holistic approach to setting realistic weight loss goals by providing tips, opportunities and incentives to increase your level of physical activity and fitness, focus on healthy daily nutrition and build self-esteem for life. This program is designed to support those who are struggling with their weight and need extra support and training to make the necessary changes to see lasting results. Registration fees includes: 3 month room access, nutrition plan, flex punch pass (10 sessions), free access to wellness seminars, professional trainer and nutritionist, official participant t-shirt (upon completion of program). Participants must be present at the baseline testing and orientation session on Thursday, Jan 14 and are expected to attend all provided seminars and classes. Prizes for best individual & team performance will be presented at the Finale on Thursday, April 4.
