On Sunday morning – reliable native sources indicated that Costco was to be building a store west of the service station on Green Mountain Road in Penticton.

No announcement of course as land agents often are looking for and researching suitable sized parcels for development. This is speculative in nature and stated as such.

Most of the land in that area is ‘locatee’ land – but significant being close to a major shopping community, near the highway attracting shoppers from Summerland to Osoyoos. (60-70 thousand person market).
