Marty Foss served one term as an executive member of the Royal Canadian Legion Branch 97 and then this year his leadership was recognized with his election as President.

Foss is 65 – settled in Oliver 8 years ago and is a former Vancouver City Policeman (Traffic Division with experience on a police motorcycle and accident investigations)

Foss says his executive team is a good strong one and he looks forward to changes in the canteen and membership.
