Yes we have a replant announcement coming up. It will be made in Kelowna Friday. As for details the Ministry will role those out at the news conference that is all I can say thanks for contracting me. It had been planned to visit Oliver and meet orchardist on the same day.

We are very sorry, but the plan for doing a two-site announcement this Friday has been changed to one site, in Kelowna. There just wasn’t time to do it all in one day, especially with Environment Minister Mary Polak visiting the South Okanagan.

We have the assurance of the Minister’s office that there will be an opportunity at a future date to visit Oliver to interact with growers and publicize the program and other items related to the replant program. I will make sure to ask that that it’s a single site, exclusive to Oliver!
