RDOS and BCGEU – agree on 9 percent over 5 years

The Regional District of Okanagan-Similkameen and the British Columbia Government and Service Employees’ Union have ratified a 5 year collective agreement. The term of the agreement is January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2019 with annual wage increases of 1.8% (2015), 1.75% (2016), 1.75% (2017), 1.75% (2018), and 2% (2019), totaling 9.05% over the 5 year term.
