Landfill recycling on hold again – today at Regional Board

RDOS board members deferred any decision on the MMBC landfill recycling issue despite protests from Directors Patton and Hovanes.

One positive decision –  the OK Falls recycling license with MMBC will now move to the T2 Market (private contractor) in Oliver.

RDOS staff want the MMBC license to stay at the landfill and directors agreed this was a local issue and should be decided at the local level.
