The group behind this apartment block (Oliver Suites Hotel or Riverside Place) has consolidated itself into one owner ….who has hired an architect to complete new drawings on the partly completed building at the west foot of McKinney Rd.

Not known when the building will be finished but there are some hopeful signs:

1. The building appears to be sturdy
2. Partnership problems solved
3. Rezoning request has been completed
4. New drawing ordered
5. Owner wanting to finish the project and sell the units
