This is to remind you to deliver your art to the Oliver Community Centre for the Fall Art Show and Sale
on Saturday, October 4th.

Delivery Times: last names A-M – 8:00 am to 9:00 am; last names N-Z – 9:00 am to 10:00 am.

All artwork must be ‘display ready’. Hanging wire ONLY acceptable for framed artwork.

Keep the receipt portion that is issued to you upon delivery. It must be produced in order to pick up your artwork on Sunday, Oct. 5th. Lineup starts at 5:00 pm.

(If you require a permanent record of your receipt, please make your own copy before art pickup on Sunday)
