The Osoyoos Soroptimists came together to sort cans and bottles for re-cycling on this week with refundable containers being separated, counted and delivered to the Osoyoos Recycle Depot netting the Club more  than $400.

These funds will be directed to the many Soroptimist charities in the South Okanagan,
Co-ordinator of the Project, Doris Walton thanks the members who volunteered and, the two “Soropti-misters” (member’s husbands) who provided their trucks and helped with loading and delivery.

President Kate Krist thanks the people who stored the material over the summer, for the Soroptimist’s Annual Bottle Drive in the fall.
