Are we encouraging illegal campsites downtown?

Should the town be pro-active?

Complaint based policing of any kind does not work well for citizens. Pro-active policing and bylaw enforcement costs money….. but might result in a better outcome.

Somehow we must remain friendly but be firm in community expectations.
