BC Thanksgiving Food Drive volunteers will be pick up on Saturday, September 20th.

Those who didn’t receive a bag can drop off non-perishable food donations at the Oliver Food Bank (6047 Station St.) between 10:00 am and 1:00 pm on collection day: Today

For the last three years, the BC Thanksgiving Food Drive has helped restock the Oliver food bank’s shelves after a busy summer. Our community donated over 5400 lbs. of non-perishable food to the Oliver Food Bank last year. It would be wonderful to reach or surpass that total this year! Thank you to all of our front-door food donors and community partners for their great support.

South Okanagan Minor Hockey – Lace ‘Em Up

Lace ‘Em Up is a free program for any new players ages 5-10 who are not yet registered for hockey. It will be held on Sunday September 21 at the Sun Bowl Arena in Osoyoos from 11:30 am – 12:30 pm and again at the Oliver Arena from 1:30 pm – 2:30 pm. We will have players from the Osoyoos Coyotes helping out on the ice. Some equipment may be available if needed. Helmets are mandatory.
