Mayor Janice Perrino won’t seek re-election

tweetMrs. Perrino has served for two terms as Mayor of Summerland.

She had been a councilor prior to that.

She presently is the Chair of the Okanagan Similkameen Regional Hospital District and works as the Executive Director of the South Okanagan Similkameen Medical Foundation.

Perrino says she will devote all her time and effort in raising $20 million dollars for the new hospital tower in Penticton.
