shirley photoCongratulations to Shirley MacLaughlin from Oliver who has won a $50 gift certificate to the book store of her choice in a random draw in the Okanagan Regional Library Book Bag Photo Contest! Shirley chose Cole’s Books in Penticton. Photos are now being judged and the winners, which will appear on the new Friends of the Library Book Bags, will be announced later in September.
