Some buzz about at least one case not being covered by Oliver Daily News at the Penticton Law Courts.

There are many cases I cover in the course of a year – much doesn’t see the light of day.

The one at the moment is a Supreme Court case – that is covered by a ban of publication to protect a child and his parents.

Once the accused is found guilty or sentenced ODN will cover that.

There is another case being watched by Oliver Daily News – an assault case that is set for trial next February and we will attempt to give that some coverage.

As I have said to many of my readers – trust me.

Others may have a reason for doing what they do – but they don’t live here.

Lots of news on Castanet, Penticton Western and other news outlets – ODN can’t be everywhere all the time.
