1. Outback Events – did not meet deadline set by board for payment of 2014 fees. Registered letter to be sent and Town of Oliver to be notified

2. Dogs off leash in Park – Manager Carol Sheridan says the problem of dogs off leash bothering some residents walking continues. Signs with all the rules to be posted in all parks soon.

3. Anyone can join – subsidy program – Parks Board has authorized the continuing program and making sure anyone can participate in programs no matter what income level. Those that access this program are asked to contribute something in the way of volunteerism at the Community Park.

4. Pay it forward hockey team program to be funded – the board will pay $900 to sponsor one hockey team in the South Okanagan to enter the Pay It Forward Initiative. Once a team is entered there are a number of benefits given to hockey players for Community Service performed.

5. Oliver Pool – September pool to stay open longer this year

6. Day Programs to be supplied if there is no school starting September 2nd

7. Budget discussions – early planning of 2015 budget
