Driving a rig for the last time – Dave Janzen who started with the South Okanagan Lands and Irrigation District in 1982 transferring to the Town of Oliver in 1990.

Szalay started with the Town that year as well.

Dave has served as a worker, a foreman and had many years at the Oliver Fire Department. He is currently a member of the Oliver and District Heritage Society.
