Oliver Hotel (Mesa): burned and gutted May 23 2010
CPR Incola Hotel August 19, 1912; Demolished March 31, 1981
Rialto Hotel: Built in 1939 remodeled within last 15 years.
Keremeos Hotel: Constructed in 1907 by George Kirby, in anticipation of the railway going through. Later known as the Keremeos Motor Inn. Most recently housed the Red Bridge Pub, 7th Street Diner and a liquor store. Destroyed by fire on July 14, 2014.
Grand Forks Hotel: This heritage landmark hotel, built in 1909, was destroyed by fire on March 7, 2012.
BC Hotel: Built in 1905 and is believed to have had a bordello on the top floor at one time. It was later known as the Valley Motor Inn. Slack Alice’s Show Pub opened at the location in 1982. That strip club along with the Chinese Laundry Restaurant and Bubblee’s Beer and Wine Store destroyed by a fire on Feb. 5, 2012.
Beaverdell Hotel: The old wood frame structure, built in 1901, burned to the ground March, 2011.
Princeton Hotel: The historic hotel in Princeton was destroyed by fire on April 8, 2006.
Three Gables Hotel: This Penticton landmark hotel was destroyed by fire on Feb. 29, 2000.
