Sri Chinmoy Oneness – Home Peace Run comes to our area July 3rd to share experiences, offer the opportunity to hold the torch, run with the team and talk about sports and peace.

The runners will be stopping in Okanagan Falls, Oliver and Osoyoos on their journey through North America. The visit takes about ¾ of an hour.

The Peace Run is the longest torch relay run in the world – occurring every second year taking place in more than 100 countries on six continents sharing with millions of world leaders and luminaries, children and communities the message that world harmony starts in the heart of each individual and from there spreads to the family, community and the world at large.

The Run does not seek to raise funds or promote any religious or political cause.
