Heavy rain and poorly constructed drainage has eroded the whole area in less than a couple of weeks.

Hagel says what was a well maintained area has become something else – field of pig weeds with the newly deposited soil washed away into the creek and onto his property.

Hagel says water accumulates at the low spot with water coming in north and south. A fix is necessary to allow water to safely gather and drain into the right vessel.
