Curlers from the Eastlink Curling Centre got together to ship all of their curling stones off to Komoka, Ontario.
Our Blue Trefor stones are the best one can get, but they could be even better if a Blue Hone granite insert was put in the bottom, and if the side of the rocks were ‘sharpened’ to make them more active.
So all 66 rocks will be shipped off to have the work done, and next season, local curler will see the results. The 12 fellows above removed curling handles, assembled packing boxes, loaded the rocks on to pallets, and got them ready to ship. It was an easy job for such a good looking bunch of guys.
