site22Officials of the BC Government a bit reluctant to talk about how the project for Okanagan Correctional Facility is going.

Sod turning ceremony with Attorney General Susan Anton expected Friday May 23rd but the embossed invites not sent out yet.

The man in charge of the project says “So far this is all on track.”

Roads, lighting, sewer work in progress. One large pile of “loading” on site appears to  herald construction works starting as early as August.
