Ladies Golf Tournament set for Oliver golf course

a lady gollfingBCGA announces NK’Mip Canyon Desert Golf Course to Host Zone 2 Ladies Amateur, Senior and Super Senior Golf Tournament.

Zone 2 is one of 8 Zones in British Columbia.  Super Senior refers to anyone over 70 years of age.

NK’Mip Canyon Desert Golf located in Oliver BC, the wine capital of Canada, has been selected to host the tournament this year. The tournament will be held on May 25 and 26 2014. This tournament is a qualifying tournament for the BC Provincial Amateur Tournament. The tournament is open to all ladies with an established handicap.

We anticipate several star amateur players, with a handicap factor of 0 to 4 to be at this tournament. This is the zone’s method for selecting the Amateur and Senior team which will represent zone 2 at the BC Championship.
