Award presented to Dale Kronebusch (left) of the RDOS staff by Regional District Chair Mark Pendergraft Thursday in Penticton on behalf of the BC Government and the office of the Fire Commissioner.

Kronebusch began fire service in 1975 in Prince George. In 2008 he became Fire Chief to the city of Wayburn, Sk. and became Emergency Services Supervisor at the RDOS in 2009.

Dale’s present job has him coordinating fire departments in the RDOS and supervision of a project to upgrade communications infrastructure.
