Volunteer of the Year awards were given out by President Dale Dodge.  There were two for the ladies.  One is awarded to Joyce Kuzyk, shown here, and a second to Cathy Pidduck, who could not attend.  Both ladies contributed hours and hours of time over the past year to help make the club a success.  Joyce was in charge of most of the events put on by the club during the season, and Cathy spent hours working with school kids and the Junior Leagues as a coach and teacher.

Volunteer of the Year for the men was awarded to Ray Minshull.  Ray was the board member in charge of the Junior League portfolio which is a big job by itself.  On top of that he helped with Personel, he manned the Concession during bonspiels, and he organized our own Junior Bonspiel.  As was noted during the presentation, ‘this man is a ROCK!’
