I was sitting at breakfast recently and a friend/customer said there is too much info on ODN that is not OLIVER.

That the news should just be about Oliver. The truth is there is not enough news in Oliver to publish a daily info blog.

Penticton

I was born there. My mother was born there. My grand-parents operated a  home and business there for over 40 years.

Our regional hospital is in Penticton. Our court house is in Penticton. Our Regional Government-RDOS is in Penticton. The SO Events Centre is in Penticton. Okanagan College is in Penticton. Major car dealerships are in Penticton.

Let’s not deny that Penticton is an important place on the map.

and yes Oliver is where we live – shop local.
