Russell Baptiste son of Dawn and Russell Baptiste recently attended an open Regional Special Olympic power lifting competition. Russell placed third in the 93 kilogram weight division. Russell works four days a week at the Nk’Mip corner store and one day a week up cycling wood furniture at the Painted Chair. He trains twice weekly in Penticton and in Oliver.
