RDOS will apply for land tenure for Okanagan trail

The Regional District will apply to the Provincial Government for land tenure for trail purposes for a number of properties west of the new four lane passing section on Hwy 97.

Because of road widening – some parts of the KVR right of way have been lost and Regional District Director Allan Patton wants to replace the land for future use as part of a trail system from McAlpine Bridge to Ok Falls.
