NDP leader Thomas Mulcair on  his Affordability Tour to the Okanagan this week , including town hall meeting at the Penticton Lakeside Resort, a lunch hour speech in Vernon and a tour of an industrial plant in Okanagan Falls.

Good turnout at the Lakeside Resort  Wednesday evening according to reports.

Mulcair toured the Structurlam plant in Okanagan Falls and stated manufacturing and value added is the key to creating good jobs here in Canada.

The Affordability Tour also serves as a pre-election campaign tour to meet with the electorate prior to the 2015 federal vote says Mulcair.
