Russell Work has been doing a project in the last few months  – a lot of  time invested.

The work is coming to an end this week with a Power Point – video presentation at the Official Opening of – Southern Okanagan Secondary School – this coming Thursday.

You will see ads and other pictures building up to this event.

ODN has underwritten the cost of this project – a stirring photographed filled pictorial of the history, the building, the students, the fire and the first class facility we have now to last another sixty years.

Thanks to all who contributed the project.

The banner on Oliver Daily News (by Russell) will stay up for the next week signifying the importance of our high school to the community and the region.

It truly is a grand building and Russell Work’s presentation next Thursday afternoon will indeed be a thrill.

Copies of the video will be sold by Link Crew Members and later downtown. Copies available on storage sticks or CD.

Revenue will be primarily to pay the cost of production, reproduction and a share to the school based on sales.
