An intrepid team of lady curlers made their way to Merritt for the Ladies Bonspiel on the 24^th, 25^th and 26^th of January.

They went, they were seen and they conquered.

Not only did they triumph on the ice, taking 1^st place in the ‘A’ event, they were voted best dressed rink.  According to Cathy Thompson, they only had one difficult game, coming back from a 6-2 deficit.  The final was unique in that our champions won it 10-0 in 5 ends, stealing every point.
